  I ordered the ancient grain and arugula salad with chicken and they order was totally messed up. When I first got it they didn't give me dressing so I brought it back. After I sat down I realized that there wasn't chicken on the salad so I had to take it back again. The person did put chicken on the salad and laughed about how they messed the order up. I don't think that there is a decent Panera in the area, but this one is close to me that I'd go again solely for the convenience factor.

  Very poor experience. Long wait. Nothing vegeterian as for soups except for squash cream soup. Charged for stay in, brought food in “to go paper” ware. Very disappointing.

  So waiting in a long line at Panera. Decided to save them time by ordering online. There's a long line behind me and in front of me. Get to the ordering screen and they say you can't do online orders in the drive thru. I can't back up..... There's 10 cars and can't get out of the drive thru... So I have to sit here for anther 10 minutes and then go inside because you can't hand me a bag thru the window. Are you kidding me!? Seriously. I was trying to help YOU out. Jerks
