  Upon entering there was a lg group of staff standing around the front area..i was in a party of 2...four families had came in after me and was seated before me...some had atleast 2 ppl...some had more...after bringing it to the staff attention one employee makes a comment "just fit them in over there"...now this rubbed me the wrong way but I decided to sit anyways...appetizers were ordered no plates were brought out to eat off of...after waiting for the plates my food is getting cold...then when my entree came out(ribs and shrimp)I ask for cocktail sauce he says they don't have any...what you mean...had I known that I would not have even ordered shrimp..
  Now I don't even want my food...please take this off my bill and let me speak to a manager...very slow, poor service and I will not be visiting this location again anytime in the future...very disappointed!

  Waited a long time to be seated. 3 people said "be with u soon" had to clean table off each time b4 they could seat anyone. Knife was very dirty. Not sure who wrapped them but they must have done it with their eyes closed. Lunch menu now in main menu. Very few options. Getting endless apps. Waiting to c how that goes! So far not very good experience

  Came in around 1145a for lunch. Ordered food around noon and was eating by 1220, average for a place like this. At 1236 I stopped the waitress, she hadn't checked on the table at all, and asked for the check explaining I had to go to work and wanted to be able to leave when i was done eating. 1250 she came back with the check, which was incorrect, but I didn't have time to argue so I gave her my CC and explained I needed to be out the door in less than 10 minutes or I'd be late. 105 I walked out and asked the person who came with me to sign and leave a tip on my behalf. After an additional 10 minutes they grabbed another server and asked them to go find the waitress. Another 10 minutes passes and then she comes back. No apologies, no sense of urgency, all the tables around us were also upset.... DON'T EAT HERE! THIS HAS HAPPENED TWICE AT THIS LOCATION WITH DIFFERENT WAITRESSES!!!!!
